Working in real estate was always a natural path for Lise to take. She is a second generation real estate investor who has spent more than 10 years investing in our market. This hands on experience has helped her understand your perspective better—after all, she has endured all the twists and turns that happened in 2007 real estate market crash along with multiple transactions as a client, not just an agent. That gives Lise a deep knowledge base to work from, to help her problem solve and keep your transaction on track to close.
With so many moving pieces, she believes it is critical for your realtor to communicate with you. Lise provides constant communication to her clients and prides herself in reaching out to every lead for feedback. You deserve to be treated like an individual and will receive customized solutions from Lise, no matter what segment of the market you are a part of. She will represent you with professionalism and integrity every day.
Lise serves clients who need assistance with residential, luxury, and investment rental properties in Houston, Katy, Harris County, and Fort Bend County, along with clients looking to lease or rent. Many of her clients are those looking to relocate from other parts of the country so they can participate in Texas’ booming economy. Prior to real estate, she had a successful HR career in the Oil and Gas industry, so Lise understands how to organize complex processes like an intricate real estate deal or buying a home while moving from out of state. Ultimately Lise wants your experience to be stress free and she will do her best to ensure that it is.
Education has always been important to Lise. She believes she serves her clients best by consistently bettering herself. Lise has earned multiple designations within the real estate industry, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP), and the Short sale Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR). She has earned bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Marketing with a minor in International Business, and earned an associates degree when she lived in Japan.

Ryan Christopher Parker

Ryan is the hardworking professional that people can depend on and know that he genuinely cares about the people he serves. His hardworking nature and dedication towards the customer is attributed much to his career working as a Critical Care ICU RN for the past 13 years in the Houston area and also his upbringing, growing up on a Kansas farm.
Ryan strives to do what is right and is very intent on what he does. Ryan when he is not working as a nurse is actively looking and pursuing projects acquired through RLAND. Ryan specializes in the area of remodeling and renovation.
Ryan has vast experience with home renovation that spans over 25 years. That experience reflects in his work on all of RLAND's projects. Ryan is very kind in his approach and is easy to do business with and can be trusted to stand behind the work that he does.
RLAND is a business adventure that was created out of Ryan's vision of talent born of and put to use helping others in achieving the best outcomes possible on providing solutions to others' home or business investments.
